Avoid dealing with Susan very poor communication and flat out doesn’t care to help I closed deal about 60 days ago and I’m still waiting on a 7k balance to be paid off she got paid and doesn’t seem to care or making effort to resolve this just keep telling me wait it out . And won’t send me proof of payment after multiple requests do your self a favor and avoid dealt with Susan Diaz if you want things to go smoothly
I have know Susan Diaz for many years, even before she was an Escrow Officer. As a person, she's always been kind, considerate, and attentive to detail. As a professional, she takes these character qualities and embodies them with her work, clients, and team. As a Realtor, I continue to work with her and know my transactions will be given the same due diligence and care they deserve.
Andrea and her assistant Jenie are awesome. Always helpful, available to clarify any questions and keeping me posted on the progress of escrow. She met personally with my client, the property owner, and patiently explained all the escrow documets for her to review and approve. Other parties to the escrow also expressed what a great job they did. I will recommend Andrea at Stewart Title on every opportunity I have, and look forward to working with her and her team on more escrows.
