I wouldn't even rate them a 1, but I don't have a lower option! This company is so unprofessional. I sold my house, and the company I sold it to used the location in Friendswood (Stacy) to close with the new buyer. Well let me say this.. They closed on the home with the new buyer knowing there was not a clear title, because the second lien on the house was not paid off. Now, the IRS is garnishing my tax returns for this. As a real estate agent that has closed many transactions over the years, I highly recommend Stewart Title in Friendwood. D'Ann and Judy are very professional and responsive. They are great about providing timely updates. The office is tech savy and offer e-closings with lender approval.

Stacy was very responsive and helped us close on the day needed, even when their schedule was full. She sent us a mobile notary in order to close on the day needed. Appreciate all of their help.

Highly overpriced and kinda rude.. Most title companies charge a low flat rate (under $500). These jokers want 75% more than average plus other fees. I suggest you keep calling other title companies in the area until they get their act together.

I have not closed with them but I can say I have needed their help many times and they are so kind and so very helpful, especially Lisa up front.
