Cyndi and Alicia were awesome! There was an issue that came up that they advised me about and kept me updated the whole time. They made the process for signing out of town so easy. They are a great company to work with.
They were informed 3 weeks before closing that I would need a POA for closing due to my wife being unavailable for closing. They dropped the ball and didn't prepare a POA, so the mail-out closing didn't happen. Moreover, one of the agents, Jeane Warren, was extremely rude and unprofessional and even went as far as place partial blame for their failure on me, the buyer, and said that I should have followed up on it. If at all possible I always want to use Stewart Title. They are so ready to serve my clients in a way that makes me proud to be associated with them and in Real Estate having someone you can trust and rely on is key. They go over and above what is needed. As Shae say's "We have a form for that" LOL. Truly they are so accommodating and they allow pets in the office. Can't beat that for sure.
Our closer was amazing, of course, I realize, cash sells are pretty straight forward, but she was thorough, explained everything to us in terms we could easily understand and she was understanding of my personal situation.
