Found out after one or two deals Not honest to deal with At first two weeks on the process was normal procedure and rates when it got close to closing and refused and denying my project and asked me to go with a hard money I said no I didn’t have a choice to do date for the closing passed over the seller to my earnest money I highly don’t recommend him at all.
