My husband went yesterday to be seen. He was in and out fairly quickly and was diagnosed promptly. The doctor also ran tests just for our reassurance to make sure it wasn’t something our baby could potentially get. They were all amazing, informative, and friendly! This isn’t the first time we’d been to this urgent care and is on the other side of town for us but we continue to go due to the good care we continue to receive!
The whole staff at the clinic does a great job. The wait times are very reasonable. The front desk staff has even gone above and beyond to find open pharmacies that take our insurance when we went in close to the end of the day one time. The Dr and PA have really listened to our concerns and provided us appropriate care when needed.
I, unfortunately, have a medical condition that carries some stigma with it. Monica at the front desk treated me like I was family, and made sure that I felt completely comfortable during what was an incredibly stressful and frightening time. Professionalism at its finest! As for the attending Physician, more of the same. The clinic was immaculately clean, and i was speaking with the physician within 5 minutes of my arrival. Bravo Best Med!! Customer/patient for life!
The visit was a great experience. I came in with a severe episode of vertigo. I was seen promptly. The staff was courteous and professional. Chris Morgan PA even took the extra time to call around to Physical Therapy providers and was able to get me an appointment the following day. The physical therapy was a great success and has me on the road to recovery. Very pleased with my visit and appreciate their expertise and prompt diagnosis.
I would just like to share that the staff did an excellent job! Every time I had to make a trip they made me feel comfortable and helped the exam go smoothly, also they kept me informed every step of the way. They had me in and out of there in no time I really appreciate their time and effort thank you.
