4/23/26 visiting Stivers Quicklane for my annual service I have to say it was a very pleasant visit. The young man at the front desk, (MaShawn S.) was outstanding! With the care he gave each and everyone including myself that entered the business. I have been a customer for over 10yrs, you guys have not let me down yet 🔥🔥keep up the good work 👍🏾
We purchased two vehicles here and the overall process was easy and relatively quick. Ocho was great getting us set up and negotiating the price. He also ensured we were connected on the ford app and explained the major features of both vehicles for us before we got on the road. Robert in the finance office was also quick, friendly and professional. He explained the optional add-ons with no pressure to buy. They are the only game in town and they know it. On an obvious warranty issue it took them a week just to look at my car . It's a brand new car with an issue. 10 days after I turned it in the offered me a loaner . Which was not very comfortable. 5 days later they give me my car back and they have run all of the gas out of it. It started with half a tank. Stivers. This is the old location for the Infiniti dealer for Montgomery. There is still a division on location for Infiniti with a service department. Our experience with the sales team there was a great one. Today's visit was about some leather repair needed on one of the doors. Along with a price to replace the door panel, I was recommended to visit a gentleman that handles such work himself. I gave him a call. He was able to see me that day and he took care of the issue.
