We had our car in the shop and Tim and his team went above and beyond to get our car repaired and back on the road. He did a great job and we are so grateful for the service that was given us. After numerous issues with valvoline and other big name companies, I was tired of always having some problem with my car caused by the service staff. Since I switched to Stone Automotive, I have had 0 problems. The staff and owner are great, hardworking people who seem dedicated to having the up most customer service. Thought we needed wheel alignment, but ended up being front tire with huge bulge on inside from broken belt. Could have been very dangerous. Needed truck done in less than 24 hours, due to medical issues. Tim and his crew got tires in and mounted, plus alignment, within time frame. Appreciate fast work and fair prices. Will not hesitate to use again.
