Undeniably the best customer service, attention to detail and the most professional people we have worked with. Tyler is amazing in taking the time to choose the best stones staying within our budget. Their installation team was fantastic! Would not recommend any other business other than Stone Crafters!
Absolutely terrible experience. The countertop template was cut wrong (twice) and then Linda W and the owner promised a refund in exchange to not post negative reviews or share the experience. Refund was as never processed and then could not get a phone call back. Had to dispute (and won) with credit card company. The poor craftsmanship was eclipsed only by the lack of professionalism and honesty. BEWARE!!!
After going to all the fancy places & not finding anything along with them not sharing the price unless I had a fabricator call for a price, I went to Granite Depot. I was pleasantly surprised at the huge selection of stone they had. I actually fell in love with the first slabs I saw, but was encouraged to look at all the slabs to make sure I saw all my choices. I went with my original choice & right away I was given a price & if I wanted to use their fabricator, they told me the price for that as well. It was so refreshing ... read more
I needed a custom piece of marble for a a laboratory space I work in, and Stone Crafters cut me a beautiful piece for a super reasonable price. They were really helpful and friendly! I am grateful for the help.
Extremely satisfied with the outcome of my project they worked with me to stay in between my budget and installers were on time and very professional. Would highly recommend this company!
