Kelsey and Matthew are great people. They care about the tenants. The apartments are remodeled and are very nice inside. The only downside is the parking and garbage issues. Not enough spots for visitors and not enough cans for the bottom of the hill . But kelsey is working on all our issues. I'd move in here again if u ever left. I've been here 12 years and it's only gotten better.
