The staff is so amazing, they are attentive and knows everyone by name. If you have a maintenance request it is done immediately. The community is well taken care of and really feels like home Safe and secure and clean.
Oh my goodness. I am very impressed with the Stone Creek Villas community. Everyone has been so genuine and kind and helpful. To a “ newbie” like me, that means everything. Thank you to the invisible person who brings my garbage can up to my garage. Could it be because I sleep in? 😴. Thank you very much. Looking forward to many more years living in this peaceful and well kept community
Stone Creek Villas has been so, SO good to us. Samantha and Jewelia are SO kind, professional, and down right the best! Maintenance is on top of everything, quick to fix any problems, and always listen to my concerns. On top of being wonderful in the office and maintenance being speedy quick, they go above and beyond to include residents and do fun activities to get the community together! I enjoyed every minute of living here and would 10/10 recommend and live here again if we move back to Nebraska!
Can easily say this is worst rental experience I have ever had and it starts and ends with the front office. Property went down hill once Samantha Pardy took over. Pool was closed more then open, hot tub never works, drains constantly plugged and etc. Overall requirements to lease this property have drastically gone down. This property is was well kept and low key and now has turned into section 8 housing.
