The entire StoneRiver team were amazing from the team who provided input on the job to the installation. They have great selection of products - customize to the clients needs are great at problem solving and in the end we have 2 sets of beautiful doors and window. Highly recommend working with StoneRiver! We had a great experience from our sales rep Don, to the lovely lady who helped us set up the appt and the install crew! They made it seamless and were so knowable and friendly through the whole process. When we are ready to do our front door, we will certainly go back to them!
We dealt with Stone River last year, from the get go they were knowledgeable, helpful, effective in making sure we had the perfect product. After finding us the right product they sent their installation team out. This is where their professionalism really shined through. The install team, was excellent, they installed all the windows with in 3-4 days and we had 13 new windows. Each one was installed perfect! I mean this! The folks at Stone River from first visit to finished, installed product were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They made getting our second front door changed to a window so simple and the finished product looks beautiful, like it was always there. Highly recommend Stone River!
We of course did a bit of investigation and the recommended provider of Andersen Windows was Stone River Windows and Doors. We discussed our particular needs with Don More as the window was a "custom" sized unit. The order went in and we were promised the product in late October or early November.
