The size of our patio sliding door turned out not to be a standard size for the type with the blinds inserted in the glass. So we had to call around for someone who had the product we wanted. Stone River was able to help us. I contacted them several times via email with questions and they were promptly answered. From measuring to the finished installation everything was great. We are very pleased with our new door. Thanks
Installation was for a triple patio door and a bathroom window. The patio door was a bit of a challenge but the 2 installers from Stone River overcame the obstacle strategically and calmly and were able to finish up the install that day. It was a brutally hot day The door was well insulated with foam, trim was accurately put in place and caulking done around the outside. Had a great experience right from the get go. Jared was friendly and willing to come out at a time that worked best for me. It was ordered and installed ahead of schedule by Rod and 2 other younger guys. All were very polite and professional and did excellent work. Nothings ever cheap these days but you get what ya pay for. I did the stonework so don’t hold that against them… Thanks again guys, all the best.
Stone River Windows did an outstanding job on our home. The price came in much lower than expected, and the quality of the installation and windows exceeded our expectations. The modern, uniform look has added real value to our home, and even two of our neighbors were so impressed they placed their own orders with Don. Highly recommended!
Both installers (Pavel & Slava) were very professional and cautious with all the materials. Definitely would ask for them with any future installations. Stone River was excellent in helping me choose the colour and style of the door.
