We had an incredible experience working with Stone River! It was a big job—replacing all 22 original, non functioning windows on our 100 year old farmhouse. The size of our patio sliding door turned out not to be a standard size for the type with the blinds inserted in the glass. So we had to call around for someone who had the product we wanted. Stone River was able to help us. I contacted them several times via email with questions and they were promptly answered. From measuring to the finished installation everything was great. Installation was for a triple patio door and a bathroom window. The patio door was a bit of a challenge but the 2 installers from Stone River overcame the obstacle strategically and calmly and were able to finish up the install that day. It was a brutally hot day The door was well insulated with foam, trim was accurately put in place and caulking done around the outside. They have great selection of products - customize to the clients needs are great at problem solving and in the end we have 2 sets of beautiful doors and window.
