My husband and I have eaten at SS several times. Unfortunately, each time we go the service amd good seem to be in decline. I believe we have had our last visit.

Good service, food definitely didn’t hold up to what the prices are.

Mothers day brunch offered prime rib. I received an average size slice. The meat was so tough. I had a very hard time cutting it with a table knife. I was able to get one bite size piece to chew and chew until I spit it out. The meat was bloody and totally inedible.

Really can't say we hated it, didn't have a chance to try it. We had coupons for lunch. Showed up today around 12:30. Parking lot was empty, walked in, stood waited probably 5 min, no hostess. There were people in the bar. So we turned around and left. Sorry, this was our first visit. Our daughter told us it was very good.

Not fresh ingredients. I first ordered the grouper ($23) that came out with the sauce on top stone cold and the grouper cold and dry like it had been nuked in a microwave then set out for an hour. Even the broccoli was cold. I sent it back for the carb mac and cheese. Obviously the crab was from a can and constantly had the little shell pieces you get from canned crab in it. After telling my mom about this place and how good the food is we took her in. She ordered the meatloaf and my wife ordered the steak and onion soup. The meatloaf tasted like cheap filler with no real flavor and wife's soup had a bit of a spicy kick to it. When you're expecting something similar to French onion in flavor definitely wasn't there. The service was good and the manager did apologize and did take off the two, but still not sure about going back.

I've enjoyed dinner in the past, but had an irritating brunch experience yesterday. Food took forever to come out. Granted, we had a party of 10 and it was right at open, but still way too long for what was ordered. When it did come out I didn't get what I ordered. Fiance didn't either. Waiter acknowledged, brought him the correct plate out immediately, but left me with my incorrect order. I finally just ate because I was hungry. I get that it was your first brunch service, but it was quite frustrating.

So, my 1st experience was awful. First, I ordered a water with lemons, Angie brought out water no lemon, what ever no biggie. Then, ordered onion petals for an app. As she brought it out I saw her take one out of the bowl and eat it, and continued to talk to us with OUR food in HER mouth. Thennnn, she acted appalled when we asked to split a salad with our meal. Then I found a hair in my food.
