The service was awful. For it being a buffet style brunch the waitresses should have visited the tables more frequently. We had to ask for our silverware as we had reservations for a party of 7 and they sat us down with 4 place settings and never brought anymore. Went to the buffet and returned to find a mound of dirty dishes on our clean table. Had to ask for sugar for our tea and to order our kitchen items that were included in the meal.

Food was great! The chef does an excellent job too bad service sucks and manger didn't care. I tried to let Dan know in the nicest possible way. But he just was NOT INTERESTED!. Too bad I would not recommend this restaurant. I live in area and love supporting local businesses, but NOT THIS TIME! How unfortunate.

Fairly disappointed. Not at all worth the price. Slow service.Had reservations so no wait but still took an hour to get our food from the time we sat down. Appetizer of two crab cakes with barely a trace of crab mixed into the filler and 4 jumbo prawns that barely passed for overcooked to rubber large tail on shrimp. The bartender Kristen and the great happy hour deals keep me coming back. Certainly not 75% of the staff or the surly manager.
We visited on 4/22 with a party of 8 celebrating 4 Birthdays. Six of us had the Ribeye, 3 the 12oz and 3 the 14oz. The steaks were done as ordered and were very flavorful. I compare this steakhouse to Outback and steaks were a little fattier than expected. The sides, salad, bread and drinks were all comparable to Outback. The service was not very good. Had to ask for bread when the meal came. My wife's steak had to be sent back for being cold, when it came out again it was very good. My steak was ok nothing special. I added a skewer of scallops with it and that was two under seasoned scallops not on a skewer. I was expecting at least three or four. Definitely overpriced for quality.

Food was good. Disappointed in how the service was handled. We went before a concert on Wednesday and told the waitress we needed to order and eat quickly. After waiting 40 mins for food, the waitress informed us there was a miscommunication and our order was never entered, but they would take care of it and comp our food. Awesome!! Very disappointed in the service on this visit. My drink was empty halfway through my meal and it never got refilled. Once I finish eating someone else came and got the plates off the table and my server came afterwards and give me the bill without asking if I wanted dessert (which I did wanted some gooey butter cake). And my drink never got refilled.

Our server was very polite, but our bread, salad, and meal came out together. Half of my steak was inedible fat. Drink was subpar. Next time I'll go to Texas Roadhouse and get a cheap & delicious sirloin!
