I went there for lunch today...and after reading some reviews and this place being mentioned on the Rizz show, I was excited to take my sister for her birthday. I thought the service is good, and the layout and atmosphere is really nice. With all that said...this place has got some nerve charging what they charge for that bland food. Decided to give this place a try after hearing and reading some not great reviews. We should have skipped it. The atmosphere and service was great but the food was disappointing. I ordered the ribeye that was described as having a coffee rub with a hazelnut demi. As far as I could tell, it MIGHT have been seasoned with salt and pepper. Best scallops I've had in Missouri!! And the place is super nice!
I really, really wanted to like this place but it was a huge disappointment from the second we walked inside. Our server wasn't able to answer any of our questions about the menu, happy hour or the specials. She ran back and forth between the bartender and the kitchen asking. We overheard another table ask their server what the nights special was and she told them she wouldn't know until 4pm- it was 3:55! Our drinks from the bar were awful. Food was decent, service was slow and had to ask for drink refills multiple times. Server was at a snails pace to deliver check. Felt like the servers attention was elsewhere.

We have been several times since this place opened. The food the last two times has been decent. Prior to the last month it was inconsistent. I would have to say though from all our visits, the service is the worst part. The bar area is fine but in the dining area we have been seated and not approached for several minutes. The last couple times our servers were very slow, didn't know the specials (the last one we had to ask do them as she didn't even tell us), didn't check in on us or our food, didn't refill our waters etc. ... read more
Ordered ribeyes and they were on the thin side. Seasoned well and tasty, but too thin for a ribeye. Great baked potato. What really shot this down for us was that we ordered a cheesecake slice to share. It was frozen solid. For the price I expected that it would be a bakery grade cheesecake but it was a thin little slice we sent back. Just left disappointed.

My husband and I have been here multiple time. We make a point to order somthing different every time. We have never been disappointed. Fabulous food, great service in a comfy atmosphere!!!
