TLDR: Quartz Countertops installed in 2021 with issues during installation and continued issues over time since. Overall poor communication and no follow-through all the way from the sales department to the team that installed the countertops. Issues and concerns brought up since install led to them no-showing appointment that was supposed to address concerns and zero follow-up on the 5 times we have contacted them. We had Stone-Tree for our kitchen remodel, laundry room and two bathrooms. Stone-Tree was fabulous, from the consult to the install all was smooth, quick, easy, and down to earth people. They came to Webster WI for our install. We loved all the staff and all the product. We had some Quartz in bathrooms, and Granite in kitchen. Exceptional people. Thanks!

Each step of the way, from storefront, sales, installation and customer service--all have been professional with neighborly ease, communication is stellar. Informative, helpful and willing to assist. This was my second time doing business with Stone Tree. I picked the marble slab on site and with their great team they made the vintage look backsplash I invisioned. Some of the project was diy but we pretty much worked together seamlessly. From picking product, measuring and installation everyone was professional yet very friendly. I highly recommend Stone Tree, especially for those of us who live in more rural areas. Thanks, I love my bathroom!
