We had a three ton tree hit our house in March. We required a new roof and new siding. We worked specifically with David Porter who was phenomenal. He was great with communication, professional, and helped us in our decision-making process. They were able to work closely with our insurance adjuster and get a full roof and siding replacement. Got roof & siding replaced, due to storm, after 7 months from start to finish. Terrible customer service. Poor communication. Poor quality. Experienced a whole host of issues from roof leaking inside due to being improperly tarped (2 smoke detectors had to be replaced and ceiling repaired after numerous follow ups with multiple people), siding fell off after complete (and had to be repair, see pic), and cleanup job was not thorough at all (see pics, I had to finish myself).
