I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident We transferred my grandmother to the memory care unit of Stonebrooke Rehabilitation Center a couple of months ago. The staff is extremely caring. They individualized her care and put her first. They have an activity center and activity assistants in the memory care unit, with activities directed at people with dementia.
