I can't say enough great things about this storage facility. The staff are so helpful and friendly. It's a large gated facility that is climate controlled. You have to use your PIN to enter the building where they have dollies and flat bed carts to use and an elevator that goes to the 2nd floor. Prices are extremely reasonable compared to other places I have used in the past.
From the beginning to the end Devin was super responsive and professional. I changed locations and he carefully processed the transfer including communicating how the billing/ credits would appear. The ONLY reason I termed was I realized I needed my RV to be closer to my home. Pleased with both of his sites.
We have had a great experience with Stoner Creek Storage from day 1. They were extremely helpful in choosing the unit size that was appropriate and flexible as our needs changed. The facility is very clean and secure. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a storage solution.
This brand new storage facility was the only place I could find in the Nashville area that had multiple options for unit sizes. I spoke with the Manager, Devin, and he made the process as easy as possible. Will definitely continue to use them in the future and recommend to friends in the Nashville area.
