Stoneridge Flooring company did an amazing job installing the carpeting in my basement and the laminated wood flooring in my upstairs. All their installers were very professional and very friendly. They did their job very efficiently. I would definitely recommend Stoneridge Flooring to anyone who has to have any kind of flooring put down in their house. Thank you
We have used StoneRidge in two homes we have had in Branson and have no complaints. The salesperson Sam was attentive to our requests and the installation went extremely well. We had uneven floors and they did an awesome job in correcting it.
Stoneridge was contacted to arrange for carpet stretching. They quoted me a minimum price of $125 which I agreed to. The gentleman who did the work said it was a small job and would be $125. When I received the bill it was $150 plus a $3 miscellaneous charge. When I contacted Becky about this she said they paid the worker $125 and charged an extra $25 for the store. She did not tell me this when I first spoke to her and offered no apology for charging more than the price I was quoted.
