Facility and all employees were very nice, my hygienist was the best, she was very nice and informative. I wanted to be seen for my loose molar due to i have a wisdom tooth pushing it out of place, that is what was listed when i completed the online appointment, when i got the call back i explained again what i needed looked at and the scheduler set up a cleaning, which is not what I wanted to be seen for as stated in my online submission. Highly skilled and professional Docs, dental techs & front office staff make for a pleasant patient experience.
I was so nervous to call as so many things going wrong. Teresa was the person I spoke with & she was amazing. I called her (Mother Theresa) as she was so helpful and even talked about a savings plan. I'm handicapped with partial paralysis, not married, and zero dental insurance. I then when arriving was welcomed & Matthew came to get me & they allowed my Mother to come back with me.
