Everyone at Stoneridge went out of their way to make my experience as pleasant as possible. And it was! Olivia was as awesome hygienist, & Dr Belkie made me so comfortable. There is never any pressure to get services you don't need. I actually look forward to my next visit.

A tooth got chipped during cleaning but dentist didn't believe me. Luckily Insurance covered cost of the filiing to fix my tooth.
My visit was not bad, but no one told me that my insurance had changed until after the visit was over and the office no longer covered my new insurance and I was not informed of this
I have been a patient of Dr. Jennings for around 40 years. He is an incredible dentist and I couldn't be more pleased with him. My 3 children, their children and wife are also his patients. He is the best! However my most recent visit to the Stoneridge office has left me upset and angry. As I was checking out I was asked if I wanted the annual plan again and I answered affirmatively. The dentist and cleaning staff were A++ as always.However, your incompetent desk woman, Georgie at your SCS location called me the next day stating my insurance was ineligible, though she had checked it the prior day stating I was all set. She then proceeds to instruct me to call my insurance company and get it figured out. I stated clearly my insurance was valid and that was her job to do.
