Stoneridge Decks & Outdoor Living was recommended to me by a relative that used Stoneridge to replace the old 12 year old deckand loved it. I requested an estimate for my back stairs that is getting old and could be repaired or replaced.The technician called the day of the appontment and gave me an excuse that he was snowed in and suggested that i should have my stairs replace and that they do not do repairs and never showed up. The sales process was good. All parties knew what they were talking about and put together a good plan. Then they disappeared. No communication. Project is weeks late in getting started (according to the contract). Showed up today with our windows, with no notice. Tried to call the ** on the job and the phone had been disconnected. We had to send the windows back because we had nowhere safe to put them while we waited for them to start the work. We are now told they will be delivered next Wednesday when the crew is here to s... read more

There's not enough characters to explain everything thats going on but I would NOT recommend this company for concrete work! 7/2024-10/24 & still not ************** the "mention" section on their ******** and you'll see my whole review under "****** *****"- Poor communication, project manager no longer w company, no response for two weeks and reached out to SOL, to find this out.
