Stoney Creek was a very nice place to live. I only moved because there were no 4 bedrooms available and with my Mom moving in, we needed the space. The mgmt was nice and I had no problems getting things fixed. I enjoyed living there for the most part, just needed more space. I miss living in Richland terribly 😔
It was very easy to do
When I was searching for a new home Patricia, office manager WENT out of her way to help me find the right home for me. The park is kept clean. The club house and pool make this a wonderful community to live. The park is close to church, Wal-Mart and many restaurants. Jane Deal
Very nice neighborhood good management bad maintenance man been after him for two years to fix the air condition and a few other maintenance issues. Would give a five star rating if maintenance man would do his job!
The community as just the residents are nice people but like a big bag of fruit a couple are going to be bad.The reason for low the rating is based on The Management.The on-site manager is horrible at her job,No manners,no communication,shows favoritism & countless more things.The Full-time repair man they have for the rental units is also a joke,instead of repairing the active rental units he would rather talk all day to the owners of units who also live there.Last thing if you are a felon or have a felony they will make yo... read more
