This review has been a long time coming. I'm pleased to give Stop & Stor a 5 star rating for their customer service, affordability, security and convience. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with any questions or concerns - A special acknowledgement to Theo! As a long time customer, I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of storage services! 😊
I feel very secure here. It’s clean here and Theo and Manny have been very friendly. Victoria keeps the place clean. I don’t have to load and unload outside because of the drive through. The building is warm. I’ve had my storage for a long time and have brought family members to get the referral check for $50.00 I love it here.
I moved into Stop & Stor on Saturday, November 8, 2025, and was warmly welcomed by Theo and Victor. They were both extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make my move-in experience smooth and stress-free. The facility is spotless, and I truly appreciate the high level of security in place. Another big plus is the extended access hours—something many storage facilities no longer offer. Very safe storage place. Coded entry and exit. Staff very attentive. If I have any problem I go to Theo, the facility manager. It’s overall a great place and O, the drive through excellent. Recommend.
Stop and Stor is such a great facility. It is super clean and organized and the staff is extremely friendly and personable. Especially Theo! They make it a point to remember names and faces and that goes a long way. I have never had a bad experience here.
