I’ve had a very good experience with this self storage facility. The property is clean, organized, and feels secure. Access is straightforward and everything has been easy to manage. Chad, the manager, has been helpful and professional. He explained the options clearly and made the process simple from start to finish. Whenever I’ve had a question, he’s been responsive and easy to deal with. Overall, it’s a well-run facility and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for reliable storage.
I've been using this Stop n Store location for several years and have not had to interact with the staff during that time, until recently. Both Chad and Richard have been extremely helpful, assisting me with transferring my property to a smaller unit as I prepare for a move back to the West Coast. Exceptionally clean, well-run, secure, and accessible. I LOVE the fact that you can drive your vehicle into an enclosed loading area (garage door opens with a code input into a drive-up keypad) so weather isn't an issue when loading/unloading. Carts are always available. The staff is more than helpful; they're pleasant! The bonus is that it's in a great location right next to major shopping, so it's convenient to pop in and out. This place is perfect.
Customer service is excellent. Professional and friendly employees. No problem with my unit that I had for nearly 3 yrs. I would recommend Stop N Stor on Limerick St and would use the facility again.
Stored all our stuff here before moving into a house. Very easy to work with and very clean facility with great climate control. All our stuff in great condition after storing for a few month. Highly recommended
