The two attendants that were on duty were very knowledgeable and helpful in my choosing the right sized storage units for my needs. They had great attitudes and smiles on their faces!! It was nice to be served by people that cared about the customer!!!
I've been privileged to store my items with Stop n Stor for over a decade. Parting is sweet sorrow. The unit was always what it claims to be, "clean and climate controlled". The staff is and was always pleasant and helpful. The Ladies today are no exception, they too were pleasant and helpful. So, if you're looking for a real, managed superbly place to store your items, go to Stop n Stor. You'll be glad you did.
This has been the best experience for storage ever. Quick accommodations. Easy online and auto pay options. Great customer service. I’d recommend them over and over. Will definitely use them again if needed!! Thank you so much.
Set up was easy. Payments made online were user friendly. Any issues I came across were quickly dealt with manager and employees were extremely helpful during end of contract and clean out.
I had a great experience at Stop N Stor. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Leslie provided outstanding customer service—she was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made everything simple and stress-free. I highly recommend Stop N Stor.
