Nice place, Maddie was very nice and helpful. New location and very clean. Only disappointing thing was having to purchase insurance on site or provide proof of home owners insurance which is not easily accessible or convenient when you are standing at the counter. Maybe provide a short grace period of 10 days before having to purchase it.
Courtney has been great to work with and extremely helpful. She has gone above and beyond my expectations to ensure that I got the right size unit and the best pricing available. Kudos to her for AMAZING customer service and support. (Also spoke with Kelly one day and she was kind, helpful, and efficient as well!).
My experience with Courtney Rodgers was nothing short of excellent customer service. She went above and beyond for us. She took her time to show us many option for a storage unit! She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the renting process! So for your renting storage needs stop by StopnStor in Bloomingdale Ga! You won’t be disappointed! Oh I forgot to mention the property is fairly new so everything is clean and well kept!
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this facility and the young lady that runs it. Every time I see her she is always so pleasant to me. She is always doing something to improve the place weather it be sweeping the lot with a hand broom or cleaning windows or even wiping down the unit doors, I've never seen such a well cared for facility. She is also very aware of what is going on there and that gives me a sense of comfort that my things are safe and so am I. Wonderful place to store your valuable possessions!
Used Stop n Stor before, this time and location was a much better experience. It was the Little Neck Road location. Courtney is phenomenal! She made the process easy, could not be more helpful or professional!
