Pretty mediocre storage facility. Interesting that I was sent a review request after receiving the second monthly rate increase in less that a year. The place is pretty run down and probably not particularly fire safe. I have not been to my storage unit in a while but the last time I was there it smelled like gasoline. Seems to be a popular facility with landscapers. New management seems more interested in making it a more profitable business without improving the condition of the facility.
Excellent customer service! I like the fact that this property is right off El Camino Real and it looks very nice and clean. Juan was a pleasure to work with. Definitely will be storing here for as long as I need to.

Super professional, clean, and efficient facility. David is awesome. We had to find a storage last minute after the one we had arranged locked us out and didn't show up. David was super accommodating and made sure we were able to move our items in right away.
It's a nice place but it's getting to expensive. I was there for over 15th years. I liked it cause it is 5 minute walk from my house and a 2 minute to target
