Both of the representatives in the office of the U Stor It. We’re very kind and helpful. And offered to go the extra mile if I needed it. So of course I’m gonna stay with them and use them in the future.
Love Stor-it they are family owned and they always provide prompt professional help in not only renting storage but in providing first class facilities
Super easy to find available units online and Kris was fabulous when I called and asked specifics. I got all set up with storage easily the same afternoon. Kris is friendly and professional, great experience.
Kris the manager was awesome! She drove down from McCall to meet me at Donnelly. She made the sign up process so easy. The unit (that I rented) is new and clean.
overall my experience with the facility has been kind of hit and miss! However, since I began dealing with Kurt and Chris at our branch up here in the McCall in Donnelly area! My experience has been amazing. And I look forward to many more years of working with them.
