I can't say enough wonderful things about Rusty and Terra! I've known them for years of storage units and my once a month packing paper buying for my business. They are beyond accommodating, cheerful, friendly and are always going above and beyond to help with my needs. I recently moved to Costa Mesa from Mission Viejo and I still have a storage unit in their facility and get paper from them bc they are far superior to all the other storage facilities in the OC!! They are the best of the best!!
Rusty and Terra are amazing to work with. They are always super friendly and helpful. They made it very easy when I had to upgrade to a larger sized storage a few times. The site location and front office is always very clean and tidy as well. I would rent at any storage facility if I knew they worked there.
I have used this storage facility for many years. Rusty and Terry are the nicest people. The whole facility is very clean and well maintained. And they provide the best customer service. It is a model business. I wish all the businesses I deal with would be managed the way this self storage is. After many years I no longer need a storage unit. I am sorry I don't. It has been such a pleasure doing business with Rusty and Terry.
Rusty and Terra were so great to work with for the past two years when I had my storage unit. They are both so friendly, willing to help, and genuinely good people. Highly recommend if you have storage needs!
Came to look for a storage room for some extra stuff that I needed. Tyler made the experience so easy, explaining everything in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. The facility is clean and i would highly recommend this place for your storage needs!
