We’ve had storage here for 3 years for my wife’s business. It’s so convenient, always clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Highly recommended, great value.
Was lied to over the phone that they could prorate 7 days into a month… my roomate and I needed storage unit July 30th to sept 5th. I was told I could not get a month pro rated for September so I went ahead and booked the storage unit on the 26th. When I arrive they tell me they couldve pro rated the month of September if I booked it on July 30th instead of 26th ( so completely different then what they told me on the phone). John, Jesus, Marina & Christina went above and beyond. Talk about awesome customer service. The rates are great here. It’s not like any of the other chain storage facilities, this company does it right. Tight security, great customer service and the prices are great for the area. Thank you guys so much! God bless!
Horrible customer service cusses at customers totally rude as hell you ask them for a specific thing and they try to offer you whatever they have. They talk over you extremely rude inability to be managers and handle things properly immaturely probably steal from customers doesn’t offer a way to speak to management they all claim to be managers. I would not invest your time or money with these people whatsoever.
My go to self storage. Never a problem with our storage unit, access to it or rodents. Clean, well maintained property! The folks in the office are personable and friendly. I always look forward to seeing them again. Very clean restroom and business area. Great job!
