I am currently homeless and disabled and on disability. I shopped around for the best deal in Santa Rosa area. This place is the best deal. Very reasonable. Nice people. Very well-kept grounds, and I've had my stuff here in storage for over 5 months now. $40 a month. Absolutely zero moisture. Bathroom on site. What more can you ask for? Unless of course you need to tweak through your things in the middle of the night.. they close at 6:00 pm. Happy trails!!
We have had a unit for a year and these guys are affordable, have an accessible restroom and are the best! I know without a doubt my items are safe in this closely monitored and protected facility. Plus my puppy knows when we pull up her greatest friends have got to come out to greet her. Follow simple rules and you'll never have any issues.
Brian's been here a very long time and smiles more these days lol. As Long as You Follow the respectable rules and not do things you shouldn't be doing and pay your bills this is the best place to be. The ground here are very clean they are well maintained, and affordable.
I rented from Stor-N-Loc for over 4+ years. The facility was always clean and well kept up. The managers were stellar. They were very friendly and anything needed attention it was dealt immediately. The only down sides were the limited access hours and the traffic on Santa Rosa Avenue. The only reason I left was to move to a facility closer to my shop that avoided the traffic on Santa Rosa Avenue .
This is a truly amazing storage facility! The store manager has been there for years and you can tell how much not only the customers but the whole property means to him. He has so much knowledge, it's absolutely amazing! You'll never find a more dedicated manager. Believe me, you will regret not getting a unit here!
