Pretty decent. Tho had an issue when I got my first unit. It was NOT the 5x10 I signed up for. It was more like 10x3'3". Not the first time this happened to me here. Then there was the huge hassle and time to get an actual 5x10. Took over an hr to accomplish. The agent, Ivy I believe her name is, was very helpful and patient in dealing with me. It's a bit creepy and confusing to navigate at first. I'm not sure if the inside is a work in progress and they are gonna continue to brighten the place up but there's a garage door you can take your stuff out of your vehicle through and there's an elevator also hard to navigate the 1st time there LL is where the garage door is located 1st floor is closed off so maybe they are working on 1st floor but my unit is on 2nd floor so I was relieved to find out there was an elevator.
