Mrs. Cherryl was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very patient and professional throughout the entire process of leasing two (2) of their storage units. So I've had this storage since last years and had my payment set for auto pay. Last Friday I received a email regarding to my unit telling me to check on my storage. I stopped by the unit and all of me/kids belongings were gone. My dad’s ashes goneeee! An ex employee "accidentally" threw our things out. Which I had been buying things and putting them into the storage. Thinking that I was putting our things in a safe and secure place turned out not to be.
