DO NOT RECOMMEND! Payments were on auto draft and like others my belongings were gone! It has been a constant run around game with them! I have provided plenty of proof for payments and told I would receive a code for my unit with no hope! This place is a COMPLETE JOKE!

So I've had this storage since last years and had my payment set for auto pay. Last Friday I received a email regarding to my unit telling me to check on my storage. I stopped by the unit and all of mine/kids belongings were gone. My dad’s ashes goneeee! An ex employee "accidentally" threw our things out. Which I had been buying things and putting them into the storage. Thinking that I was putting our things in a safe and secure place turned out not to be.
