Great Software Pros: Easy to use and a robust software program. Great support and a pleasure to work with. Cons: I can't think of any at the moment. We have used multiple self storage software programs and each has their downfalls, but Storage Commander checks the most boxes. Overall: We have had a great experience both using the Storage Commander program and working with the support with Storage Commander.

Expectations Exceeded Pros: Along with the ease of set-up the thing I like the most is the support given during the entire process. From selection of the product through the set-up and now after training there is always someone to answer any questions or help out. Cons: As with any change it takes a bit of getting used to things but I have not found anything that discounts the conversion.

Cloud BasedSoftware to provide data at a songle click. Pros: If one has Storage Commander Cloud, then just ask to log in to that id and enjoy the benefits of this awesome cloud storage device. It provides the contacts, memos, messages, and everything you need with a single click. A strong multipurpose application that can be used in mobile as well as in the system. Software for the advanced user. Pros: I do like the feature of this software that allows the user to seamlessly switch from one site to another from a drop down menu and process any transaction as if you were physically at that location. Cons: The areas I feel this software could use improvement would be in the way they have everything categorized. There are too many sub-menu processes that should be put in a category of their own. Five Star for Storage Commander! Pros: The ease of use, It is laid out so the average person can understand how it works. It flows very nicely. This is a good product, but the best thing about this company is their customer service specifically, she has gone above and beyond to answer any question or concerns I have had and made me feel very comfortable in my transition from stand-alone to the cloud-based version. Excellent customer service Pros: User friendly, the constant updates, that I can actually speak to a human being and get the needed help. Cons: I have nothing negative to say about this program. Overall: Before we started with Storage Commander we were using excel spreadsheet to keep track of our tenants payments, late fees and prepaid. It was time consuming as you can imagine not to mention the mistakes. Once we switched to Storage Commander our life became so much easier. Customer Service Second to None!!! Pros: Ease of use and the team of professionals Overall: I recently had a massive computer/server failure and the team at Storage Commander were the best that I have ever worked with. The tech department and the engineers were absolutely wonderful and handled everything quickly and efficiently. We were down a minimal amount of time and the problems that occurred while doing the re-installation were quickly handled by the engineers. Not really happy with the overall package. Overall: It is nice software with lots of features. However it is very buggy. With each new update there are new problems. Some problems are not fixed when the new update come. Personally we have gone through 2 updates and the same problem lingers.
