After 13 years of having a storage unit, it is finally time to bid it a farewell. Thanks to the staff for always being available and always ready to accomidate. And thank you for the recent upgrades to out units. The new roll up doors are awesome!
Zero stars. I went to move in to my unit yesterday. I couldn’t find it very easily because neither the street address nor my unit was prominently marked. The unit had just been painted, probably to cover all the gross stuff in there. The mold smell was overwhelming. There were mouse traps all around the floor. Clean safe, way over priced. Initially price is as fair, I think roughly around $200 a month, then every couple month over the last few years for one reason or another, or for no reason at all, we would get notices that the price was going up. We finally decided we had to leave there after the price went up to around $550 a month. Cheers
Having trouble deleting my good review so I will just make it a one star review because the place went majorly downhill, The competent manager they had quit. Due to renovations I wasn't able to access my unit for up to about two weeks total and was never compensated and because I used my unit to store work items I lost money because of it. The prices for the shitty and fairly small units are SO high. Security is nonexistent, do not use this place if you value your stuff and your money! We had to use Coastside Self Storage for a couple of years between moves and they were fantastic. Conveniently located and reasonable prices compared to other storage options. Melanie was GREAT to work with as well - very good communicator and super helpful!
