I find this company difficult at best. Their business model is to continually raise rates without notice. The longer you stay with them the more expensive it gets. They also, again without notice, charge you an annual insurance fee. You have to send a copy of your homeowners policy to get that reversed. Absolutely out of control pricing. Over the course of a year the cost of our storage unit went up by literally $100. It became more cost-effective for us to purchase a shipping container and place it on someone’s land and store in there then it was for us to continue to use their service. The units were poorly constructed, red dirt was all over all of our things. Really a bad experience.
Best storage option in Ivins! Storage Corner has great rates, and I love the facility it is very clean and secure. It is a very easy rental process. Jonathan was friendly and professional making it all stress-free for me. Highly recommend!

Super easy to work with. If time management is something that you cherish, I would strongly suggest you use Storage Corner. Everything was done remotely. I had a text stream going for All and any questions I had. Never had to Go into an office or fill out paperwork in person everything was done on my phone remotely and it was very smooth. I will use them from here on out in any storage need necessary
