Jacob explained everything in detail and about the special offer, he explained the whole contract and answered all my questions completely. Both Jacob and Yazime were fantastic. Great staff to work with. We decided to go ahead and get our storage unit.
The personal service is amazing. It’s so nice not to deal with a robot on the phone. If you live on the Monterey Pine this is a great place. I probably shouldn’t recommend it so highly cause then it’ll get too busy for me. No, it’s really wonderful. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
Staff is kind and prices are good. Emily was quick to assist me and made sure we got the best deal with easy access.
Very expensive! Poor customer service. Rude and disrespectful. We were not told if we left before the end of the month, they would refund the balance. They kept our money even though we left mid-month!
