The personal service is amazing. It’s so nice not to deal with a robot on the phone. If you live on the Monterey Pine this is a great place. I probably shouldn’t recommend it so highly cause then it’ll get too busy for me. No, it’s really wonderful. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
Very expensive! Poor customer service. Rude and disrespectful. We were not told if we left before the end of the month, they would refund the balance. They kept our money even though we left mid-month!
First time renting storage and Aree made it way less confusing than I thought it would be.
