This place was fine until they randomly, ableit “carefully considered” raising my monthly dues by 50% without my agreement or consent. Disregard whatever rate they charge you initially, they’ll change it on a whim at their convenience, and make you jump through hoops to cancel the account thats charging you a rate you never agreed to. You deserve better than Storage Corner Pacifica
THIEVES! I have rented a locker at a storage facility on Palmetto Ave. in Pacifica since 2011, (previously Lighthouse Point). The initial rate increase was 35%. 6 months later 3%, 10% 3 mos after that. 9 months = another 19%. And 11% 9 mo after that. Rent is considered due 10 days before the 1st and is then considered past due. Late fees = 15% of the rent. They have an auto-pay which (conveniently) doesn't work.
