What a fantastic experience I had shopping for storage unit. Richard was amazing. Extremely friendly. Answered every single question I had. The property is very high quality and very secured. When it comes to security I'm somebody who is very skeptical and very cautious, and storage corner checked off all the boxes for me. Definitely recommending storage corner to all my friends and family who need storage in the area.
THIEVES! I have rented a locker at a storage facility on Palmetto Ave. in Pacifica since 2011, (previously Lighthouse Point). The initial rate increase was 35%. 6 months later 3%, 10% 3 mos after that. 9 months = another 19%. And 11% 9 mo after that. Rent is considered due 10 days before the 1st and is then considered past due. Late fees = 15% of the rent. They have an auto-pay which (conveniently) doesn't work.
