Pocatello storage corner is amazing with a great staff. Kyle and another young lady who works there made the experience great. They were always helpful and they always stop by when I was at my storage to make sure everything was ok and up to standard. Cuddos to upper management for hiring a great staff. I will recommend Storage Corner to everyone and if I need to come back I will. Thanks for being great!!!
Very easy to rent on line. The young lady handled the process very well and quickly. We rented 3 units still have one. We have had no problems with the units and it's been very easy to rent and to check out of the units when we get them empty. Thank you Storage corner
The rental process went very smoothly. Instructions were very clear on how to proceed with the rental, storage unit accessibility, payments and who to contact with questions. 24/7 access is excellent. The facility appeared safe and secure. Staff was very friendly and explained things very well. Communication was sent via email and text (per my request). Documentation / rental agreement were clear and concise. I’m happy with my experience.
I had the nicest young lady help me. I can’t remember her name at the moment but I will be posting again as soon as I get it, but she was so nice and sweet and helped me with my questions and especially helped me with pricing. I’ve had a great experience with them. Hello I just wanted to thank Jessica for all the help she has given me. She is great about answering all my questions and helping me figure out storage units. Ms. Jessica was so sweet and helpful. She made the sign up process so easy and quick. I 100% recommend this storage place, the process were very reasonable.
