Dont bother, besides it being almost impossible to get through the gate EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Rent has double within my first year. Started under $100 and now paying almost $200. For what? "competition" then you need to be lowering prices to stay "CoMpETiTiVe"
Just booked a reservation at Storage Corner and the reservation agent, Alex, exceeded my expectations. She was friendly and very helpful and got me a great deal on a unit for our upcoming move. Highly recommend this company! Update: the space was perfect for what we needed and the whole process was smooth and easy. We would store with them again if we ever have the need.
We wanted to set up our unit late in the evening and they were so accommodating and were able to help us over the phone. They easily texted us lease agreements and the whole process was so quick and easy. I'm also grateful for how kind the staff was. Highly, highly recommend!
Convenient central location. With that said they are very old storage units. Alex was helpful over the phone but it’s too bad the manager was not helpful. They won’t pro rate or out dates. Which is weird since everyone else does. They were also double the price when trying to stay an extra month. Over priced for what the units are. Wont ever use them again when there are better/cheaper options with managers willing to work with you!
I will never be renting from this place ever again. You definitely get what you pay for. First when we got the unit they told us the orange lock they give you is yours to keep because we paid for it they never told us we had to switch locks when you got there so when we went there one day we were locked out of our own storage unit. They then proceeded to tell us they wouldn’t be able to send someone out till the next morning but we need that stuff that night. They finally decided to pull some strings and send someone out.
