The site and unit are great. Emily made the rental easy and got us a good deal. My experience has been great so far!
Seems to be clean I just dropped some stuff off for my niece. Biggest problem i had to back my trailer all the way out of the Alley way because there is only one way in and one way out can't go around back to the exit
I was renting a storage unit for my grandson (kinda of an emergency situation) over the phone from Storage Corner. I was on the phone with Rochelle. I was in a low service area for cell service but Miss Rochelle was SO VERY kind. She didn't get frustrated, she was extremely patient with my terrible phone service and my lack of tech abilities. Thank you, thank you!! And just an FYI nobody offered a discount for a 5 star review. I asked Rochelle if I could give a review because I was SO impressed with her customer service.
I called to reserve a spot for a storage unit, and the customer care was very nice and prompt . I also really appreciate the promotions that they offer .
Great place so far. worked out some units for us after hours, very friendly and patient. Good customer service and introductory prices!
