Rented this unit jo78 and it showed it was in Monteagle called cleared that up went to check it out before bringing my stuff to it and it has a wooden floor in it that is rotted out and dangerous. Going to call Monday and cancel this death trap.

Dealt with Angela. Helped out tremendously. The facility itself needs to be better taken care of. The gate is broken and someone can access the grounds at any given time. Smallest unit cost me 52.00 a month. That's with their insurance. I used it because it was close and convenient. Thank you Charles Goggans

I would give less star review if possible. I am so angry with this place we have rented a unit for almost 3 years from this place over the 3 years the price escalated every two to three months we would get a notification that the rent was rising.The security cameras were always broken and the gate never closed like it was supposed at night. I did a check in to store my camper there in May 2021. I arrived to check the site out. I found the gate broken and reported it before Memorial Day, I was told they were aware and it would be fixed in the next couple days. I did not feel it was secure enough to leave my new camper there. It would also be very difficult to get a camper into the site without going into a residential yard.
