If I could give zero stars I would. I have had my unit for maybe 4 months. I went today to take things out to my new apartment and there was mice poop and pee on everything. Sentimental things were ruined. Mattresses, literally everything I owned since having to move was ruined. The insurance offered me 500 dollars, that's it.
