Storage Depot has been great. I would use them again. Since they have taken over the locations I use in middle TN. They have fixed both security gates, 1 has been broken for over 4 years, the other about 2 1/2 years. Hopefully I can my things out in the next month or two.
I was going to drive an hour and a half to rent a storage unit. But decided to try and do it over the phone. I called and was able to do everything in a few minutes. Otherwise I would have spent four hours doing the same thing. The gentleman I spoke to was very polite and helpful, even though it took me several minutes figuring out my new phone. He was very patient.
I've had my items in this storage facility for the last 2 years and I haven't had any issues with this facility. It's locked, secured and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices have gone up a bit , but still fair.
We have had our storage unit for 2 years now. It has made moving out at the end of each college year so much easier than bringing it all home long distance every time. We just make a few trips to storage and move her in and/or out.
Customer service is really nice and helpful. I recommend adjusting the gate censor so the gate will not open into the customers car as it opens. Currently the Coalmont Tn location censor required me to get right up on the gate and I had to quickly reverthe cae to prevent car damage. It was truly scary. I transfered to another location with ease and have been very pleased with customer service.
