Absolutely don't waste your time and money here! Gate is never closed even though there is a keypad gate. When we moved in there were 2 human sized holes in the chain link fence that we told them about and were never fixed.
I've had service with Storage Depo for over 10 years and never missed a payment I had two units and I'm undergoing cancer treatment I finally got my things out and this company tried to go up on me on the price ,when I told them I was getting my things ,I left the unit in very good condition and there still trying to get money out of me .I do not recommend this business at all I've paid $15,600 for the 10 years shouldn't that be enough!Let me do my cancer treatments in peace please !
Unit leaked and always had water in it. Brought it to their attention when Storage Depot took over from Byrd’s in 2020 and nothing was ever fixed - see pics of water still in my unit 3 years later. Always raised prices but never fixed anything. Charged me $12 for insurance randomly one month even though I gave them a copy of my policy 3 years prior. Don’t make the mistake of storing your stuff here. They constantly increase prices with no change in services and they have very shady business practices. Take a look around! There are much better options available. I was able to get a clean, climate controlled unit somewhere else for the same price. Units are damp and roach/rat infested. Most of the items I stored here had to be thrown away!
Storage Depot if I could give a zero I would. Please don't rent here. The moment I put my stuff in there I got robbed. And nobody cared first thing was said do u have insurance. Yes I do my own but that's not the point. I'm not going to go deep as I want to but just know I have pictures to prove it all.. I'm so glad I don't have to deal with them anymore.
