I was afraid when I called for a storage unit that it would be a difficult process. It turned out to be fast and easy and the unit was completely clean and there was a lock. I didn't even have to worry about anything. It's been a great experience. Thank you so much for making this a sweet and simple experience.
Garbage depot. The units are not temperature controlled. Rodents allowed to run wild. You would expect that from a low rent storage. But, this is not a low rent unit. It starts with a special offer. Then that is gone. Then they like to go up 10% twice a year. Without adding any additional services or value. If you have a choice. Shop around. I didn't have a choice. I got a larger unit and it was reasonably priced, but I don't like the fact that they force you to pay for insurance an additional $14 a month and the fact that they won't let you in after ten at night, which is really in convenient when you take service calls 24 hours a day. I won't be here long that's for sure.
M only complaint so far was the unit I rented had not been swept or cleaned on move in. Otherwise the interaction with the telephone associates were great.
If I could leave zero stars I would. DO NOT use this facility. It is rat infested! I hadn’t been in my two units for about 5 months and went to get something out of storage and when we opened the doors the smell of feces and urine was overwhelming. There are rat droppings all over everything, my boxes are all chewed through. Seen a huge rat climb out of a box and found a nest in the box and babies.
