Garbage depot. The units are not temperature controlled. Rodents allowed to run wild. You would expect that from a low rent storage. But, this is not a low rent unit. It starts with a special offer. Then that is gone. Then they like to go up 10% twice a year. Without adding any additional services or value. If you have a choice. Shop around. I didn't have a choice. This process was one of the smoothest remote processes I have ever done. Exceptional customer service and helpful information!
If I could leave zero stars I would. DO NOT use this facility. It is rat infested! I hadn’t been in my two units for about 5 months and went to get something out of storage and when we opened the doors the smell of feces and urine was overwhelming. There are rat droppings all over everything, my boxes are all chewed through. Seen a huge rat climb out of a box and found a nest in the box and babies. Took very good care when i first got the shed. I have had no problem and if i do im sure they will take care of the problem.
