Easy to get one and easy to get out only problem is you need to contact your bank before you give up your unit and cancel all future payment to Storage Depot . They will or did charge my account after closing and said they did a refund , but still no refund pretty bad way to do business. Supposed to get a call from management remains to be seen . And on a last note when we took our stuff out mold was all over our stuff

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!! Do not use!!!!! Rented a storage unit at the Tracy city location and got there to find out the door wouldn’t open to the building LOL with everyone’s items inside. Seems they were aware of this issue but yet had sent anyone to fix it. They loved me to the Monteagle location and I arrived just for there to be junk/garbage in the unit I rented. I paid for this and still have not received a refund. They will TAKE YOUR MONEY. They clearly do not care for their business. WORST EVER.

I rarely write reviews. I have operated 58-year-old business with close to 600 reviews. Our rating is 4.9. I believe I know something about customer service. I have been trying to gain access to a climate-controlled unit. I was able to successfully enter the unit ONE TIME. I tried again today with no luck and 3 phone calls (an hour of me and my daughter’s time). Set up a reservation online because we are moving to the area from across the country. Show up later in the afternoon after signing the agreement on my phone and receiving my gate code to see that the gate is wide open and broken for this site. In addition to that there is another trailer already parked in my spot. I was skeptical about the location because of a missing gate situation and it looked like it had been ran down by a car around the whole property. I called the call center and spoke with a manager and I was assured that the gate was damaged as a result of previous owners but that it did not actually function under the new management team. Well I wasn't sure how I felt about a location not being gated with my items inside, but I later found out that the gate wasn't needed anyway.
