The sign on their gate says they are open until 10. You call every number and the hours states the gate is open until 10. However, I have been at the gate 5 times, way before 10 and I can't have access. Today, it's 8:15 pm and I'm unable to get in. I've called and the woman I spoke to said their hours are until 10. I've also called numerous times about this and have left messages that have not been returned. I'm thinking about just moving my stuff to another storage facility and asking for my money back. Front gate was frequently broken and left wide open. Security is seriously lacking here. The front keypad is faded and difficult to read the numbers. Inside corridors aren't swept regularly. That said, it recently changed management, the price was reasonable, lock was provided, and the sign up and leaving process were very easy. Not recommended though due to the lack of functioning front gate access.
Patricia helped me and assisted me with a swift call! It was easy and fast! I got a lock with my unit and she gave me a price range with options to choose! There are great prices! I recommend!
I just rented this storage and this beautiful voice made me feel warm and comfortable. I felt like it was home. Not being very smart with technology,Jobel walked me three the steps and made it easy for me. Do she went threw this process ,didn't have to buy went the extra mile to make sure I was happy as well as taken care of. It's the best when they treat you like family,and thanks so much. The facility is well maintained, clean, and the person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. The price was competitive and was a no hassle pay over the phone with no requirement to meet anyone since the contract could be electronically signed. I give them 5 stars since I never see anyone there however they keep the place immaculate.
