I called them last week asking for a storage and I was told I could come the weekend coming up. They called me this morning and I confirmed I would be there in an hour. I went there and no one was there. I called and the lady said she will be there to help me in 10 min. I waited for 20 min and when I went inside the lady at the front desk was super rude to me. I would not recommend this place at all.
Storage Direct was great. They run a clean, helpful and honest business. No surprises. No unexpected charges. The staff has l consistently been helpful, kind and upfront. I never worried about my property while stored in their facility and they frequently do property checks for added security. It has been a pleasure to do business with you all! Thank you so much!

We called from southern CA and booked a storage unit. Kelly was extremely helpful. She stayed on the phone with us as we did the contract online. Provided all the information for access. Called a couple days later to confirm the access to our unit since we were coming with a u-haul trailer. Very, very helpful!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I tried to get a storage unit from them, I made a reservation online and the lady inside wouldn't help us, and when I called to ask I physically watched her walk to the back and ignore my call.
Everything went very smooth with the rental of the unit and the use of the truck. Very nice people I dealt with.
